the staff member at check-in was helpful I got a reasonably priced room that was clean and tidy. the room featured tea and coffee making facilities the shower and toilet were clean. i found a nice-sized double bed and the room temperature was comfortable
the noise from lorries and trucks was quite disturbing when i opened the window. the room above mine was noisy it seemed like someone was stomping on the floor.

the staff at reception were helpful during check-in.
The room was located at the back of the building. It was a significant walk through several fire doors. the bathroom was not adequately cleaned upon arrival.. hair was present in the sink and around the bath drain. i was disappointed, especially considering the price paid.

Nikki at reception was friendly and helpful. She ensured our room was ready upon arrival. The room was clean and cozy, and it cooled down quickly with the fan, even though it was initially warm. I found it really useful that there was a microwave and toaster available to use. Check-in was also very straightforward. The entire process was seamless.
The room became quite warm despite the fan, so it wasn't perfect.

The reception staff offered very friendly service and were very helpful with directions. They also promptly addressed all my inquiries. Staff members were available 24/7 and ensured that all requests were fulfilled quickly. The team were very polite and professional.
